We’ve featured the sky pool on our blog before and with this month’s newsletter being full of tips on how to save money in your pool – it’s worth noting that this unusual pool is in the news again for some very relevant reasons. Like many in Florida, the building owners at Embassy Gardens have opted to keep the pool open over the winter. To make it swimmable they are keeping it heated – BUT, lately they’ve been doing so without the benefit of a cover! Expenses are soaring and residents are not happy.

Take your lessons from the sky pool – if you’re going to keep it heated, keep it covered too!
