A few reminders...
- Any and all promotional discounts will be reflected on your final invoice, not in your initial booking.
- Although you will select an appointment time for your service, please understand that this is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee appointment times, only appointment dates. We strive to maintain consistent and open communication and our technicians will text you when they are on the way to your home.
- You do not need to be home for us to provide your leak detection. As long as we have access to the pool and an electrical outlet, we are good to go.
- Your pool will need to be clean - this means clear water and no debris. Your pool will also need to be filled to the normal water level in order for us to do a full and comprehensive leak detection.
- If you have pictures of the problem areas in your pool, please send them to us. At the bottom of the scheduling form below, click on "Upload Files Here" to attach the photos to your booking.
- If you do not see your pool setup on this list, or you have an unusually large pool or elaborate setup (extensive water features, water falls, etc.), please call us so we can determine your needs and offer a realistic quote.
The Aaron's Guarantee
We will find your leak(s) or our service is free. We stand by this promise as long as the pool is losing 1/2” or more per day, with no heater running. We do require that we be given the opportunity to return for further inspection if the pool continues to leak after our initial inspection.
This guarantee does not apply if your water loss is less than 1/2″ per day or if your pool is overfilled. We are still happy to provide service for your peace of mind or for the purpose of a pre-purchase inspection, but we cannot guarantee that there will be a leak to find.
