Customer Experience Representative

Jessica has been with Aaron’s Leak Detection since 2019 when she came on board to help man the phones. She comes to us after five years as a middle school science teacher and eight years as a leader in children’s ministry at Summit Church. While we have considerably fewer children around than she is accustomed to, working the phones remotely enables her to spend a little more quality time with her own kids.

A Florida native, Jessica grew up in Fort Myers before moving to Orlando to attend UCF.  She studied biology and spent her free time volunteering with Young Life, where she first met Jason and Sheli.  She has been married to her husband, David, for twelve years and they have two beautiful children – Ezra, who loves all things Star Wars, Minecraft, and Lego, and Clover, who is all about Disney.

When she’s not working or kid wrangling, Jessica loves a good book.  She also loves a good run and has trained for her very first marathon!
