This week in our month of S'mores, we're taking a peek at the gooey inner layers. Not the marshmallow - you leave that marshmallow alone - but the chocolately goodness. Simple Hersheys bark is the time honored staple, but it is hardly the only option out there.
For increased flavor and gooey goodness, stuff a piece Rolo or Reese's Peanut Butter cup inside your marshmallow before roasting. Nom, nom, nom!
